Overview

Baby Notes is a personal tracking app designed for parents and caregivers. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.

This policy applies to the Baby Notes iOS app. If you have questions, contact us at quangpham.work213@gmail.com.

Data Storage

In the current version of Baby Notes, all data is stored locally on your device. This includes:

  • Feeding records (times, amounts, type)
  • Sleep records (start and end times)
  • Diaper records
  • Growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference)
  • Vaccine records (names and dates)
  • Daily notes

None of this information is transmitted to any server or third party. It lives entirely on your iPhone and is subject to your device's own security settings (passcode, Face ID, etc.).

Data We Do Not Collect

The current version of Baby Notes does not:

  • Create or require a user account
  • Collect your name, email address, or any personal identifier
  • Send any data to our servers
  • Use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs
  • Track your location
  • Share data with any third party
  • Sell your data — ever

Data Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

  • Using the delete functions inside the app, or
  • Uninstalling the Baby Notes app from your iPhone.

Uninstalling the app permanently removes all app data from your device.

Children's Privacy

Baby Notes is intended for use by parents and caregivers (adults). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Baby data entered into the app is stored only on the parent's device as described above.

Future — If Added Later

Planned Features That May Affect Privacy

We may add the following features in future versions. If and when any of these are added, this Privacy Policy will be updated before the feature ships.

  • Cloud Sync / Backup — If we add the ability to sync data across devices or back up to the cloud, we will describe what data is uploaded, where it is stored, and how it is protected.
  • Analytics — If we add usage analytics (e.g., to understand which features are used), we will disclose which analytics provider is used and what data is collected.
  • Crash Reporting — If we add crash reporting to help fix bugs, we will disclose which crash reporting service is used and confirm that crash reports do not include your baby's personal records.

Until those updates are published, the current policy above applies.

Third-Party Services

The current version of Baby Notes does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect user data.

Changes to This Policy
